This Coronavirus stuff is all going a bit mental isn’t it?
When I started hearing about the chaos with loo roll, I couldn’t help but
wonder whether severe shitting was involved. But no, this isn’t the case, so
maybe people are using rolls of loo paper to build padded cells?
It is hard to keep up and I am not sure who is maddest? Is
it the mad people who have bulk bought loo roll, or is it the people who have gone

I was listening to the radio this morning and there was
someone complaining about being isolated from work by Coronavirus. A seemingly
sociable and bubbly (probably annoyingly so) character, she was not looking
forward to two weeks working at home alone.
“Try 23 years”, I said, out loud, because when you work at home alone, talking out loud gets you in the end. I even got to the stage where I would answer the radio and tell the washing ...

It’s probably an age thing but I generally hate most of what I see on mainstream TV. I utilise my BBC license for web pages, and some stuff on iPlayer ...
I tend to play cricket on Thursday nights, so I don’t
generally have the misfortune of stumbling upon BBC Question Time. Even without
that, I have tended to avoid it after it turned into a bear pit last year when
Diane Abbott was on the show.
I am pretty much ambivalent when it comes to Diane Abbott.
She is obviously a thousand times more intelligent than those who, without
prompting, angrily request you don’t get them started on her. ...
