Day four of our trip was a kind of groundhog day version of day three so not to much to report on really except that I went for a really long run on the beach, and I think I may have damaged ligaments on my right ankle. Tomorrow will tell the extent of the damage which hopefully does not have an effect on surfing and swimming etc.We also had some obligatory petty sibling squabbles between George and Harry, but not nearly as petty as the one ...
Day three of our trip has been all action, I woke really early and left the boys in bed sleeping while I went for a long run, as they did not go to bed until late last night.
