The brief interlude of Summer continued today and there was a hive of action at The Kennet and Avon Canal in Woolhampton, I took a stroll along with the boys in the sunshine, then had a not unpleasant, but not fantasic meal in The Rowbarge, but the fact that it was served up by the must wonderful looking Polish woman I have ever seen more than compensated for the mediocrity of the lunch. Spent yesterday, doing my own thing, in my own time and it was great. Oakley boys ruined their chance of victory versus Fleet yesterday, when fine bowling from all the boys was let down by no fewer than 9 routine dropped catches, George suffered worst having four dropped off his bowling.
